We need a basic PHP form system that will let us approve or deny an application Three separate forms, form builder needed (prebuild script is fine) FORM 1 FORM 2 FORM 3 Upon submitted the form, both the admin and customer receives an email copy of the submission In the backend/admin panel, the admin needs to approve or deny the application. An automated message will be sent to the customer if approved, and a different message emailed if denied. Application Flow: 1. Customer fills out application form 2. Results emailed to admin and customer 3. Message saved in admin panel 4. Admin then approves or denies the application 5. If approved send message 1 6. If denied send message 2 Approve autoresponse email: Need to be able to edit Deny autoresponse email: Need to be able to edit Forms need to be editable, I have examples of the forms needed

I read your request. Simply putted, you require a php system where with two different access levels and approval email based on scenarios.
