Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) - development for MTurk, must know MTurk

This project requires knowledge of Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) concepts, business model and APIs. You can choose any supported programming language to implement this MTurk project. I am a Requestor on MTurk (Amazon Mechanical Turk). I need to be developed for me a simple MTurk "Hello World"-like application for Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk). The application will send data to MTurk and will receive data from MTurk and store it locally and will also send approvals/rejections. Since Amazon MTurk does not allow people outside of the USA (United States) to open even an MTurk sandbox account, I need the application to be developed into 2 separate components: - One component I will configure with my Sandbox ID and Password and will act as an MTurk Proxy running on my server in the U.S. - The other component will use the chosen API to implement the simple MTurk Application normally, using my Proxy to authenticate to the MTurk Sandbox. The details of the MTurk application will be discussed but it's not really important, the main point of this project is to develop the two-piece framework that allows development of MTurk apps outside of the USA using the employer's sandbox credentials through a proxy.
