Site for product Deals... Blog Style with custom feature

It is a website that shows deals on products here is what i need: The client would like to have the website designed like a blog, although i need a bunch more features which will require a custom system. Basically redo the clients old blog ([login to view URL]) that it should look attractive and representable. 1) a nice beautiful (easy to read) font (i will talk to the designer about this). 2) A nice right-side bar for advertisement. this means i need an area in the admin to add advertisers and also would a feature for people to apply to be an advertiser. 3) Intergrate into the website to track how many clicks each of the ads on my site get, (and a possible feature would be a admin for the advertisers to see there how there ads are doing or maybe sending them a email report monthly.) 4) A left side-bar which should be called: “Hot Deals” with a burning fire symbol on each side of the title, and underneath the title there should be space to add text (with a nice font) and the side-bar should automatically become longer or shorter according the amount of text written in it. 5) A program that will allow me to re-size any picture without reducing the quality (this is for adding pictures to the posts, this would be built in the posting program for the site) 6) There will be a menu for navigation 7) obviously it will need all the features “Word Press” has already. I.E adding post, editing post, spell check etc...
