530377 Program that automatically buys items from a website

I need a program that connects to a SQL database, and when the database says its ok to buy an item, the program will go to a website and buys the product the database says to buy. 1) The program initially will be for one website. You will be paid for that one website only on this project 2) The program needs to allow 2 payment methods, the first, default will ALWAYS be gift card, with a backup credit card. 3) Future updates might contain other websites, which will be different projects with different payments. 4) Shipping address for the items will change, and come from the database 5) Program should check and make sure the cost is the same or lower than whats in the database or not process the order. 6) When the program finishes the order it should look for the next order. Programming language doesnt matter, but stability does and ease of use.
