We have the flash site made which you can see, <[login to view URL]>
The "Open Sesame" button at the top left of the flash header will be password protected and will be able to store up to 4 changable codes. The link will take the visitor directly to the presentation, bypassing the registration form in the front page.
We will need a random code generator will produce the 4+4 I.D. number. We will want this information in base64 encoded for security. When the subscriber joins the system the random code generator will produce a code and place it in a box in the control panel back office of the auto responder.
Can you put a switch somewhere that will turn it "on" or "off" ? It will either come on automatically when the site opens up in which case the music will automatically be turned "OFF" so it will not play... or .... the instant audio will be turned "off" and the Music switch will be "ON".
Make sure that the Presentation Registration form will not take the visitor to the presentation or send the information unless all fields are filled in.
On the back page; the links:
The first link will bring up the presentation registration form again so the visitor can correct any misinformation they included before the presentation and re-send it to the inbox of the subscriber.
The second link will take the visitor to the subscribers sign-up page on another website.
Please delete the 3rd link that tells the subscriber to contact the visitor right away.
We will also need our powerpoint presentation made into flash and have a button that allows the person to skip the the rest of the presentation and go to the final page. I think that we would want this in html at the bottom of the page since this will be a replicated site.
