PSD to WordPress 1 page theme! CSS pros only need clean xhtm

Hello, This will be a simple wordpress conversion as all subpages will have the exact same layout as main page, as long as the main content area for text and photos is directly editable through wordpress cms it will be ok. Only 1 area in a subpage will be different, as there is a table (price table in attached file) which needs be editable through WP CMS. Don't bid for this project unless you absolutely master html / css and can make it SEO friendly. I have had some negative past experiences about wrongly coded HTML with this project, as other "coders" have failed in delivering a clean xhtml / css with one color rectangle backgrounds coded as css color property, wrong slice of images, etc. In this PSD header, footer and navigation menu bg all need to be coded as a css color property not as images !!! This shoudl be straightforward if you are familiarized with CSS. Don't even waste your time biding if you are using the likes of sitegrinder, psd2cssonline, divine elements, etc, because I will know it and not aprove your work ! Top menu must be editable through top menu in WP CMS appeareance section. Right column will be editable through the widgets menu. The images inside frames can be easily obtained using plugin such as wp-bannerize (but your choice here on how to do it) Main content area will be same for all subpages ! (different content but same editable area) so basically it s only one main page you will be making template of, all subs will follow same logic ! Latest news and Featured products column in area right before footer also editable ! The other 2 columns in area before footer are facebook and twitter widgets as you can see in jpg ! Apart from that, the first banner is a dynamic gallery (wordpress js plugin) and 1 of the widgets in right column will have a swf embed (which i will provide code for). As long as right column is editable through widgets I will embed the swf myself. Max budget for this conversion is 100 usd, don't bid unless you can absolutely follow all my guidelines !
