Wp-Clear theme customization

Hi Coders, I am building a free samples website using Wordpress and got a theme Wp-Clear purchased from Solostream.com. I need you make customized for my theme. 1. Add extra field option via back-end when I post new article. This extra field will let me enter an external URL. Then it will display as a Button "Grab now" on front-page/category page/content page. Please see the attached picture. If we don't enter the external URL (don't use the extra field) so the Button will not display. 2. Add Facebook like next the "Grab now" button. Please styled the Button so we can change the Style latter, also send me/ tell me the edited files after project completed to let me upgrade the theme in the features. That's all for now.
