Website Layout Design

I have two websites which both only include one page each (the frontpage). Both have a very simple layout / design with no logos or table/css formatting. The websites do file type conversions. The first one converts Microsoft Word documents to Adobe Acrobat Documents and the other converts between various image formats, and from image various formats to Adobe Acrobat Documents. The conversion service these website provide are totally free and no user registration is required. I have Google Adsense ads on them to provide some sort of income. I need: 1. A logo for the websites. (2x logos with .psd file (or other raw layout data file)). 2. A redesign of the pages. They are programmed in php and are, like I said, *very* simple. I would like a coherent but simple (no flash) webpage. I am not talking about any php programming or database programming. Only the layout and some help to plug it into my current php code. The current code for the webpage will be provided if needed. The URL of the webpages will be provided upon contact. This should be very simple for experienced and intermediate designers. I will install the design on the servers. No server configuration is needed. If I am missing some details, please contact me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). I need: 1.
