video conversion

I want a program that will allow a user to specify their video encoding settings. Once they do that the program will remember the settings and the program will not have to open again...at least the user will not see it. When a user right clicks or control-click (mac) on any video...there will be an option for a user to click my program name...if someone does then more options pop out next to that and a user can click a setting...like Convert to AVI. Once they do that the program will automatically convert the file into whatever format they specify and it will be done to the specifications in the SPECS that they set in the program. The only notification will be once a file is done or fails...a notification is on the bottom right hand screen...it pops up to tell them. No user interact is necessary. The program needs to be able to convert to and from AVI,MOV,WMV,FLV,SWF, WAV, and MP3. The program must when a user clicks Convert to JPEG...eight stills from the video pop-up..it allows a user to select which one they want and it will convert to the specs they chose in the SPECS. The eight stills must be spread out through the video and cannot be close to each other. There must be a button for someone to click MORE so if they don't like the 8 stills then a player can popup and they can scroll to the still they like and convert that. JPEG, PNG must be supported at the least. I'm looking for this program to convert Quicktime reference files as well. Both Self-Contained and NOT. Feel free to ask questions if you want to bid to clearify. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)All work is the Buyer's and ALL files, including the source files must be transfered to Buyer. 5) Seller must delete all material upon Buyer's acceptance of work. 6) Seller must not create another program similar to this program. ## Platform ALL Windows and MAC.
