I would like to capture ascii text being sent to a printer.
I am using this as a last resort to extract data from an old system (Pick R83).
Basically I would connect a windows machine to the printer port and the utility would allow me to dump whatever is sent to the printer into a text file of my choice.
I am assuming that the system that is doing the printing does not matter.

Thank you all for responding to my bid request. Unfortunately, I am no longer in the country where this was to take place. In addition, early test indicated that the system was not responding correctly when anything else than a printer was connected to the port.
On the other hand, I do have (and will add) a number of other bids out there that I am interested in completing especially the "Document Download" utilities.
Feel free to bid on it.
