MS Access Application to complete

I urgently require a MS Access 2007 expert to complete a project that was started by a developer who can no longer complete the requirement. The project is a security application for logging data at every stage of a security risk assessment. You will be provided with the current incomplete application and the requirements document and I will be available to discuss any requirements in detail. I need someone who is very strong in MS Access, a good thinker and someone who will be capable of getting started very quickly. The current, unfinished application has a log in screen and three screens of data capture. We do not want someone to restart, as we are very happy with teh work completed so far, but for various reasons cannot be completed by the same people. ## Deliverables Attached is the application and the spreadsheet that walks though teh process.
