Hello, a colleague and I are in the process of building a website for a small travel consulting company. I have made websites in the past however this is proving to be out of my skill set and I'd rather not go crazy trying to figure this out. I've tried with wordpress, dreamweaver, rapidweaver, and now again wordpress. I'm thinking wordpress is the easiest to maintain since I've used it in the past.
I already have a site design in mind, I want the site to look very similar to the log in page for [login to view URL], full page scalable background. The way the site will work is that I want them, from the main page, to type in a country that they want to visit. After submitting that, the next one or two pages will just be some forms that they'll either choose or type some information. For example, what they want to do on vacation. When it's all done they'll click on a button and then the information will be mailed to me. After that I'll be dealing with the customers by email. Eventually I'll direct them to a secure site to pay by Credit Card, but this doesn't have to be accessible from the main site. It's really pretty basic logically.
I've scoured WP, and other themes, and have downloaded a couple of premium themes. I've tried a few form plug-ins as well. I don't need site maintenance as I want to do that myself. Also, this company will be in Japan, so I'll have to put all the text in Japanese anyway.
