PHP CodeIgniter: Business Directory & addons Development

Hello, my name is diego i am a web designer and i do some little programming too, i need a CI developer to create a simple portal website, the developer just need to work in basic html, i will skin the entire website later. This is a personal project for my city that i was trying to do some time ago, but well, since my skills are about design, is hard for me to move forward using CI in the time that i need. Ok, let me tell you about what i need: The website will work just as a little portal of a city. is basically a business directory with some add ons. Main idea of content is: A) Yellow Pages (business Information) Registered users can create content for their own business pages (like yellow pages)(for free and paid ) Content is: Image Gallery, Google Map, address, phone, business text information, products (with price), Logo/avatar of business, social data. There will be 3 diferent kinds of listings: (simple) is just simple phone, address, Business name and google map (Featured) same than (simple) but with images (Full) same than (featured) but with produtcs to sell and will be listed 1st on search results. the listing must be linked as exaple [login to view URL] B)Jobboard Registered Users could post jobs to website Registered Users could post and have online their resumes C) Classifieds Registered Users can post Clasifieds (to sell some used stuff like cars, electronics, etc) D) admin must have a dashboard to aprove/delete stuff. E) Admin could manage banners for the website F) website must have a simple blog. IMPORTANT: The login must accept facebook and google Oauth (a nice feature could be if users could auto post their info to G+ and FB) All the search features must be ajaxed with quick typo tips In the first instance i dont need a payment gateway working, but must be implemented in the 2nd round. How to apply?: Please dont bug with template response like some companies do. Feel free to ask anything, and i will try to respond you asap.
