One Page Website Template

We are initiating a project involving a series of 100+ small, one page websites with a common sports theme. The site will be exclusively links to various blogs, websites, forums and writers. The Freelancer bid is to work with us in developing the core template that can be customized with team colors and logo and launched as a free standing website. We want the template built with one team/color/logo; we will change the colors and logo for subsequent sites. We will also need "word logos" for a list of domain names. All domains have a combination of a "brand" describer and team name with a .com or .net The design parameters include: 1) One page of expanding/contracting vertical dimension 2) Pro/college sports themed with team colors 3) CMS (Joomla or Wordpress preferred) 4) Page will consist of lists of links in three sections; links are either a specific dimension clickable frame that goes with the site graphic/color theme or in a list (as seen in [login to view URL]). There will be an advertising inventory on the page. 5) Template to be used in over 100 websites with only change in color and logo 6) Limited set of original graphics, primarily the font of the sites name, which can be changed with team colors, the team logo and clickable graphic frame 7) Must incorporate: • RSS/Twitter scrolling feed box • Photo slide show gallery • Remote ad server (OpenX or Google Doubleclick) The successful bidder will have: • Solid, modern graphics and web design capability using current technologies • Good, timely communication with client • Ability to make changes, as required, with a smile • Ability to suggest and incorporate current technologies in design • Desire to work with us, as needed, on an ongoing basis • Solid Freelancer reptation with a record of meeting deadlines Direct conversation would be best to fully understand the business model and what we are looking for, so make a goos bid and drop me a note.
