I need a landing page website, with membership functions created.

I need a simple and clean landing page website created, that caters to people who want to sell or buy a car, and and actual car dealerships. The front/landing page would cater to those who want to sell or buy a car. The site would collect data about them and the car they want to buy or sell. The back pages would allow semi admin access for car dealership members, who would be buying the car buyers/sellers info as leads. This admin access would allow car dealerships to set up recurring payment systems/methods for leads generated that they are buying. The payments would funnel into my PayPal account. My admin access would allow me to to view and manage buyer/seller leads, be able to add leads manually, and view and manage payment methods and records of car dealership members. I would also be able to section off car dealerships buy geographical regions (cities, states, zip codes, etc.) This should only be a few pages. The main thing is the site being user-friendly, simple and clean. I can provide more details upon request.
