I have a Magento installation with a theme of of Themeforest that has two problems atm. The first problem is that I have a error showing saying "One or more of the Indexes are not up to date: Product Flat Data. Click here to go to Index Management and rebuild required indexes" When I try to reindex I get a fail on "Product Flat Data Reorganize EAV product structure to flat structure" with a red warning saying "Cannot initialize the indexer process." I also have a problem in that I cannot get any of the category pages to display a top banner. I have done everything the author has instructed but I can only get the text to show up and not the slideshows or the static images I want at the top. All that shows is a very large white panel where the image should be. The white panel has the alternate name on it and the sliders arrows but no images. That's all I need done..
