Imitate existing website (Russian Devs Preferred)

We need a website inspired by the following website: m a i l g u n . c o m including all the internal pages, text, graphic elements etc. The links structure should be identical to the original website, all the links should be working fine and should lead to appropriate pages/sections. All the tool-tips as well as other dynamic elements should be showing correctly and work identically to the original website. During the work progress there's a need to tweak the colors and styles to make the new version look more pleasant. In addition the logo of the new version of the website should be changed to match the newly selected domain (that will be provide to the chosen candidate during the work progress). NOTE: Both "SignUp" and "Login" sections (as well as any related functionality) should not be taking into consideration during creating the new version of the website. Instead of this all the links to these pages should lead to a new page containing the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Subject, Comment. All these fields should be required and after submitting the information all the data should be sent to a certain email address. Any additional information/clarifications will be supplied to the chosen candidate. Please note that it's not necessary to develop any back-end related features or functionality. We need only the visual (front-end) part. Taking into consideration that this is a very basic project, we're interested in very short terms for completion. The copy of the website should be fully ready by Thursday, August 9 2012 EOD. If you have any additional questions - please ask them BEFORE bidding.
