I need a developer/programmer who is familiar with real estate websites and the IDX/RETS system to update my joomla 1.7 website and to design aprox 2-3 pages. The MLS we are accessing is South Broward Board of Realtors (previously called Southeast Florida), in Hollywood, Florida, US. If you do not have direct experience with real estate websites - please do not bid on the project. 1. I need one page coded to show my listings and to have a section of ready made searches - just click on a link to display properties in those subdivisions/cities 2. I need a page coded to allow for searching the MLS by 1) fields and 2) by map a. by fields - there will be several choices of fields to select and to display results ...upon further clicking on a property result...a full listing with all the fields will be displayed - there will be options to return to previous page, to contact the realtor. The customer visiting the page, should be allowed to create an account and save their search parameters and to have the system notify them of new properties meeting their search criteria. b. to allow searches by map with system intuitively starting search based on the customer's location (IP address) 3. To ensure that the listings are indexable on major search engines... 4. the above listings need to update my website on a daily basis minimum and preferrably every hour...website hosted by [login to view URL] 5. To complete the programming of the rets connector in the joomla website and possible interact with joomla developer.... 6. other joomla extensions to do lead capture, mail, marketing 7. Future development - mobile application Would like to get bids from qualified individuals/companies only and please give specific real estate websites you worked on, references. I will select a short list of companies/individuals (open bid 3 days) and then share more specifics with each qualified bidder (2 days) while allowing them to review information and decide if they want to move forward. Award project on the 6th day to qualified bidder.
