Site optimization is something that I have gained experience in while designing sites. I will be doing the following tasks to improve your pageSpeed score: - Most of the images on your site can be made smaller as they are currently too big (eg. most images in the products-slide-down are bigger that 300x300px which is the max size they reach when hovered, the images in the sequence slide are also bigger than needed as well as the 'follow us on' images. - Optimizing the images so that they are even smaller in bandwidth. - To leverage browser cache is usually an easy task, but your web server is nginx while the popular one is apache. So are you hosting the website yourself, otherwise does your host somehow give you the ability to configure your nginx config to enable browser-caching? - I will move your JavaScript references below the fold, but not your css one's? - Your css files will be minified and their references edited? As a side note, I can also see to fix the ratio of your images when I make them smaller as some of them are in the wrong ratio - this is the reason why the bar-stool picture in the products-slide-down seems 'short and fat'. This is something that can be done if you want to?
