EASY JOB - Clone 2 single page websites!

I have 2 simple one page websites I would like cloned. I will be modifying these heavily myself after you have done the initial ground work but as a starting place I would like both sites rebuilt exactly as they are in these examples. You will also need to provide PSDs of all graphical assets so I can edit them in the future. These should be rebuilt using HTML/CSS so they are easy to modify, not tables. 1) Is a page of a wordpress site. You will need to strip it down and rebuild it In a clean manner that I can easily edit. [login to view URL] 2) Is a plain html page that will be even easier to clone. [login to view URL] (See attached images of both pages as well) NOTE: this is not just a matter of saving the pages and changing a few things. They need to be recreated to look exactly the same from the ground up not just saved and modified. The layout and content for both pages are simple though. If you have any HTML sills and the most basic of Photoshop sills you should be able to easily accomplish this task. Each page has a bit of non HTML content ( a video on one, some data from an RSS feed on another) This is all super simple and you should be able to rip it straight from the source pages to use as placeholder before I enter my content in those areas. Let me be clear though: there is NO room for interpretation, I do not want you to add or remove anything. The goal of this project is for you to recreate these sites exactly, but using all new code. That also means at the end you will deliver all images as jpg and PSD so I can edit things in the future.
