Ill try to explain this as clearly as I could. I wanted to create a website where customer can use their reference number (given by us from point of purchase) to search for their order status. The website consists of 2 function: Function 1: A page where customers can search for their order status Function 2: A page me/other staff to make changes/update on customer status. For this page it must contains customer details e.g. REF #, Name, Order Status, Emails, etc. Any changes we made will be reflected on function 1. If possible there should be a function that enable excels file to be uploaded to the database so that we dont have to input every detail manually when migrating data from our main computer.
