513140 CPALead Widget Spinner that spins 50/50

I need someone to code a cpalead widget spinner that will help me do a Joint Venture with my partner. It will split the traffic exactly 50/50. The plan is that it will switch the page content after every refresh. Back and forth between two survey widgets. I have tried public cpalead widget spinners but they don't seem to work for me. You can code this in any web programming language. I need this completed within 6-7 hours of this posting.
