Build a Directory Website

We need a very simple website designed that will allow us to let our clients search for a location near them. We need a back end page to enter and edit locations. Currently we have 75 location and all the data is stored in an excel sheet. We want the page that client sees to when the click on a result to have the locations picture, a google map showing location along with the name, address, city, state, and zip of location. every listing has a website that needs to be linked and then a link to a page that allows the client to book a testing date. we have the links and will manually enter them in on the back end. Were a non-profit and on a fixed budget.
