We need a PHP MYSQL website responsible for registering affiliate members who will sign up to hang posters for (and in general communicate) a website to their student body, in essence to be marketing affiliates. The website will need to do the following: Register new affiliates Notify the Admin Keep track of affiliate progress by monitoring the traffic on a marketed site for a specific university's traffic Automate the payment to affiliates Allow the admin to change various elements The site will require minimal graphic design, and will need to be integrated with paypal. University specific website traffic will be monitored with an inserted code snippet, which must also be written.
