My project requires several scripts to be combined. All scripts are open source and free. This provides the customization options required to seamlessly integrate on one all inclusive presence. I only have $1000 to invest but as soon as this is functional for my investors to see, I will have nearly unlimited capital to optimize the network and software. As well as the data center which is in the works. Basically whoever i choose will be first to implement the $30,000 optimization throughout phase 2,3,4,and 5. This is a huge network and we have access to all the resources we could ever need though our local data center. KEY NOTES ARE ALL COMMUNICATIONS FEATURES INCLUDING CHAT VOIP VIDEO CHAT TEXT AND FILE EXCHANGE AS WELL AS FAX IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS WITHIN THE NETWORK: This keeps cost low as we dont have to have 3rd parts association with phone service providers. Scripts I need to be combined: -cpanel/whm automated hosting account signup -member only voip chat program -online email -efax script -file upload/download (pictures, video, music, messages, documents, exc.) -online picture, video, music, and document viewer -online sms text messenger -online video capture -DVR recorder and playback -access via both cell phone and pc -social network similar to face book used as profile page -online file organizer (with all tools available) -option to transfer files between members -public file search -available file transfer security via SSL for all uploads/download, transfers and viewer programs. -multiple chat conferencing for both voice and text -available email SSL security -credit card acceptance and shopping cart system (account is set up with [login to view URL] -administration tool for users to assign a set number of ID associated with their personal domain. -ability to install this server side software on other members domains. Most scripts can be found on [login to view URL] just select opensource so you can edit the interface. Each member is given a subdomain which represents there user ID. Each user is also given a cpanel account for hosting their own domain. The site and software interface must be simple and accessible with both a cellphone and a PC browser. I have extensive documentation regarding the features and structure of the company as well as the software requirements. I am not revealing this information until a NDA is signed. We are a registered S Corporation in the state of Georgia. I have access to the local data centers where our servers are located.
