Update of VB6 Command Line App performing outbound calls

We are looking for a VB6 coder having a voice capable modem to update a command line app that we have built around vtapi [login to view URL] Attached is the current [login to view URL] open the attached [login to view URL] and modify it to your settings. Run the app from the command prompt: alert_ivr phonetext We need following improvements: - on call and phone pickup it plays a wav file: "This is a ServersCheck alert message - Press 1 to hear the message" - It repeats above message for 30 seconds or stops earlier when "1" is pressed on the phone - If the call is not answered or no 1 is pressed then it writes the event to a log file called "[login to view URL]" A line in the log always starts with the date: # Wed Jan 16 13:05:39 2008 followed by the message; for example alert message was not picked up by 'phone number' or 'not acknowledged' - A fourth parameter should be supported: RETRY= Retry will allow for X retries to redial in the event that either the call could not be made or when the alert was not accepted with the "1" key - Call line pickup detection should be improved - Make a small VB6 application that verifies if all required items are available to make voice calls (voice modem, unimodem, text to speech) and that allows to test the voice modem with a test call. Similar to our SMS test app (attached) - Make a manual with screen shots on how to configure a voice modem for voice support, to install the text to speech engine and other configuration parameters. Remark: it is preferred that the small VB6 application stores all configuration parameters and these no longer need to be passed on in the [login to view URL] Attached is the current version of the [login to view URL] Full source code will be provided to winning bidder If you have any other suggestions to make this component then please submit them in your bid. Provide following when bidding - access to voice modem for testing & development - vb6 skills - time required to complete project ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
