Simple Access VBA Visual Basic Form Program Help

Need help with Access VBA Form program that can retrieve directory and file names from a table and output to list box or something similar, user can select from list which files to process. Files are zip files and need to be unzipped and moved into a single new directory. Program needs to check for errors such as files that don’t exist, etc. and time how long the zip files take and check completion of processing. Zip decompression must be from the built in windows not third party such as WinZip Part of the functionality most of the gui is already in database program provided by me, still need to clean up the code and bugfix and ties these functions together to work well.
