I will send you a simplified part of my database to work on it. 1. If the customer pays out all the money he owes, then I will hit a command button named "Close bill" for example-so the 3 elementts on the bottom of "Customer-economics" form (named "Total charge", "Total payments" and "Total rest") will turn to 0 (Zero) and a new record will be added to "customer-econmics" subform for closing the current bill. May be a negative record is a solution. 2. If the same customer makes a new bill in the future, then new records can be added below on "customer-economics" subform and the 3 bounded texts on "customer-economics" main form will be updated to their new values. 3. If I want to see the receipts of this customer for a selected time then all the records of "Customer economics" table have to be appeared. I mean the previous records on this table must exist (not be deleted). 4. If you want you can add records to the db to check your job.
