If you want to edit a student record, you click edit and select an existing student code from the combo box and click on "retrieve". Any existing information is retrieved from the database. Now, if you go back to the main menu and click on "Pre-Survey", it brings up another form that has the same layout of the registration form. A pre-survey cannot be filled out for a student unless they have been registered. Therefore, there is no add button on this form, only an edit button. If you click edit, choose the student code from the combo box, then click retrieve, it should bring up that student record. Then any information entered on the form I want to be saved to a new table in the database called tblPreSurvey.
