Youth Non Profit Sports WebSite(repost)

We need a atheletic sports type website for our youth in our community. This is a Non Profit and I will be paying for this myself. Keep that in mind! What we need is a site that will have different sport areas and allow different teams areas in that sport. For example. On the start page, maybe a logo and maybe some cool flash graphic. click here and go to home page or next page. From there, we need to have news that would be for the whole sports community, and also an area that would have links to the football, baseball and cheer leading pages. Let's say that my son plays football. I would click on football, then that page would have football news and information that would be for all football players and parents. I would also be able to pick what team or age group of football team. There may be up to 10 different football teams listed. Let's say I click on the 10 year old junior hopper team. Then that page loads and on that page it would be informaton just for that 10 year old team. News that the coach wants parents to see, a place where they can view or download forms, a place for the team schedule. Some way of clicking on past games and see scores, highlight news, stats, etc. A place for the coach to upload photos that he/she took of the games, etc. Now here is the kicker. Each coach will have access, passwords to login to there page. They want have access to other age groups or sport areas. We do need to have main admin access for at least 2 or 3 people that will be able to edit, add or what ever to all sports and age groups. We will add the news, photos, etc. What we need is for you to build this site, set it up and test it. We will then add the game information. You can build it with general default information which we can change. It needs to be fully tested. This project will have 3 different sports, each sport may have several different age groups and teams. Each coach will have access only to there team. 3 admin will have full access. One of the 3 admin, needs to have slightly more control so they can edit the other admin access in case that person quits, etc. I am open to suggestions on what you use to build this site. Ths site will be hosted at ipower.com. We already have the domain and are ready for you to do your thing.
