Series of Networked Sites -

This is a new one for me because I need: Logo, Template(s) Design Scripts Content I have a series of domains that need to be setup - they fall under a few general categories - Utiliy Sites, Informational Sites, Classifieds Type (garage sale listing type). I think for the most part the scripts needed would be: Auctype, Forum and Blog type, Classified Listing type All of the sites can basically use a similar template but with minor changes. The logo needs to be two fold logo - One corporate type that would be represented on all of the subsites and then a minor piece that would coincide with the Corporate one but is relative to the specific site. I have no problem using open source php or .net scripts - as long as they are royalty free - one time license fee is not a problem. I'm in no rush on this project - so am willing to take a chance with someone with no ratings - so this is your chance - I'm a reliable buyer here on rac. Content I know will be the costly part so if you can seperate this part from your quote that would be good. I am also looking for a manageable way to keep the information on the sites fresh and updated frequently - would the best way to do this be through blogs?? Looking for your expertise here. If developer is reliable they will be needed to develop the additional scripts that will be needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
