Write some Software to auto merge and split multiply csv files

i need a tool handle csv files (more than 100,000 files per run). merged files could be larger than 500 MB. all files are same structure and are with comma as delimiter. 1. select a library/ directory from my computer 2. merge 2.1 merge all csv files into a file name i will give +place to save it 2.2 delete all csv files and the directory 3. Auto split the file 3.1 copy column 1 to the end of the file (in the file there are now 9 columns and now it will create the 10th column) 3.2 split the column at end of file before the first mark "_". split to 2 columns at the end of the file. 3.3 delete the last column (column 11) 3.4 split column 1 in the merged csv file before or after specific text (box) and add the split text at the end of the line as a new column 3.5 move column 11 into column 8 (and make 8 to be 9 etc.) 3.6 move the output of the the split in 3.5 to a new column at the end of the file 4. sort file by column 8 (type) and than by column 9 (date) 5. create a different file for each value in column 8 (usually 4 values) and copy all data relevant into new files with names based on the values in column 8. it should be an exe running on win 7 + show progress to follow it's not getting stacked
