simple php parser

I need a simple parser in php that parse the folling website: <[login to view URL]> The parser should give out three variables: $the_name="Meyer Klaus Dipl.-Berging"; $the_street="Roholte 6"; $the_city="44265 Dortmund"; As you can imagine there is the GET variable "0231774140" overgiven in the link. Depending on this variable the website may show other structured results. Either there is more than one dataset displayed (like <[login to view URL]>) or there in no dataset displayed (like <[login to view URL]>) In such cases the parser should set the variable $the_name to "no_entry". That's it!
