I have a fairly simple excel spreadsheet with 6 columns of data. This spreadsheet lists all the call my staff make each day on our phone system. It logs the date and time, which extension, the number they called and the duration of the call. I would like to bring this into a visual report and be able to drill down simple questions how many calls has ext 214 made this month or last week etc.
