I can do it similar or better maybe :) for $919 you need to buy stadium 3D model, and send audio files if you need to use audio. and to send me 2 characters, goal keeper animated. if you want me to use my models if it's not so important I have paid models and can use them and make animations all will be $490 so you have to choose if you want to buy and send models, or I will do all. I have experience and my app is exe, doesn' need to be installed and you can use the both kinect devices: xbox or windows kinect and both openni or Microsoft kinect sdk. read my feedbacks but find unity3d and kinect
