Help with matching php pages with mysql fields

PLEASE READ FULL PROJECT BEFORE BIDDING!!! Please NO BIDS FROM INDIA or PAKISTAN because it never works out! Need someone in or close to my time zone of USA Mountain time so we can get to work ASAP. Your bid is to help me complete a small php/mysql project by editing the php pages to add fields which need to be matched in mysql. I have many big dollar jobs which come to me and I am always in need of GOOD programmers. For this task, I seek a reasonable price because this is for your opportunity to show what you can do. The project is as follows. There is a registration page, a user account page and an admin page. All three have new fields in the database which need to be added into the php pages. In this case, the app generates basic statistics in mysql tables which I turn into graphics using CanvasExpress. Our task is to take this project to completion so that all of the pages function as they should. As you add, I will test to make sure that everything is working as it should. This will be a team effort. There is about 8hrs of work depending on how quickly you can get things done so bid accordingly. No design work is required, simply making sure that all fields work as they should. You must be VERY knowledgeable in PHP/MySQL so that you can figure out how things work quickly. CanvasExpress experience a bonus. You *must* use putty and know your way around Linux using the shell in order to edit the php pages using any Linux editor you like. You must be able to read and write English very well because we will be communicating on Google Chat as we work together. You MUST be an efficient communicator. If it takes you 2 minutes to reply to something in chat, it will not work out. You must have a reliable internet connection with IP so I can allow you to connect to one of the dev servers. You can either use a Mysql client over port 3306 to gain access to the mysql server or I can install phpmyadmin. Which ever you like. The reason for this project is that I am looking for someone I can work with on a regular basis. This project will show how well we work together and how much we can accomplish as a team. You will do all of the programming, I will take care of everything else.
