Hey! I need a full site website template turned into a functioning website. Very few graphic changes need to be made. What I do need is the following: -1 header and 1 footer file so that I can make changes to the links in these files and update the entire site. - a 'stationary' page which includes the header and footer allowing me to add additional pages with ease. -The CSS info in a seperate file called [login to view URL] or something like that so that I don't have to be concerned about changing the style section on each page individually.

i would love to work on this project with you. i can have site done in php with a php nav system and includes for the header and footer like you wanted. i like to keep my css in a separate file too so that won't be a problem.
