Online order form

We require someone to create a simple online ordering process (with or without a PayPal link at the end) to fit within our existing website. It is a four step process with two options depending on choices made. ## Deliverables Attached? is the current content we expect included on the order form.? We may add to these requirements, but will give you the opportunity to re-quote once the final content is agreed. We would like a separate quote for adding the option of payment by credit card using PayPal. The new content will be submitted to our existing web developer for insertion in the site.?
