Blog and webpage

I am looking to create a website. This will be a conservative political website and blog with Web 2.0 functionality. I need someone who can be professional and maintain neutrality. Of course, I would be more comfortable working with a coder who is politically conservative. I have a very small amount of background in web creation using HTML and WYSYWYG editors like Frontpage. But I haven't done anything in a few years and I don't know enough to do what I want to do. The website would contain the following: Written blog with RSS feed. Podcasts Video blogs Ability for me to upload e-books and for readers to download them Blogroll, Weekly opinion poll, Separate information pages that I can add to when I want. For example, one page would list 150 talk show hosts that includes a link for each one. Then an additional bio page for each host. I can later add these information pages myself, but I’m not sure how to do some of the other things such as a blog. There are some other minor things but this is it for now. I want the home page to look professional and uncluttered. I’d eventually like to add advertising to my blog. I am sure that this website will evolve and any enhancements to the site may result in further projects for the coder. ## Deliverables I am looking to create a website.
