Lottery Results Website

I need a very simple website for Lottery results, jackpot amounts and news. I would like a simple but nice home page that has a link to every US STATE lottery result including Powerball, megamillions etc... I would like this site to be a one stop for any and all lottery results of every lotto in the US. I would also like the site to show the top lotto jackpots and, like google news, pull some headlines on lottery news from around the web. Idealy the underlying programming (ASP) will dynamically retrieve the most recent numbers from the corresponding lottery sites (ie Texas Lotto, Louisiana Lotto, Powerball, etc..) and display it on a dynamically generated page from the home page link without the visitor leaving the site. I would like the site to be Search Engine optimized so when people search lottery, lottery results, etc on google, yahoo, alt vista, etc... It will achieve a high listing. The website should be simple, all I want it to do is pull recent lotto numbers show the jackpots of all major lottos and contain links to lottery related headlines, very similar to Google news. This must be done with serverside scripting. Look at some lottery sites for examples. The programming is more important than the look of the site. I can change the look but the site must work well.
