PHP/MySQL/HTML professional needed

I have six simple areas of concentration that need to be completed; you are not required to do any designing, only code placement. (basic JavaScript knowledge needed – no JavaScript programming) The tasks are listed below. • I have an HTML form that needs PHP code added to it so that the user can edit their profile information. • I have a registration page which needs PHP code so that images can be uploaded to the MySQL database, or to an image folder on the server. You can select the method that you are most familiar with. (The form is already functional; your only focus should be images) • I need small modifications done to the header page. When the user logs in, the actions listed below need to occur. (1) The users name needs to appear to the right of the “Login” button (2) The “Register” button needs to say “My Profile” after login. (3) The text “Log Out” should appear to the right of the “My Profile” button after log in. • I have a statistics chart which allows the user to log their game scores. All files are provided. The program only needs to be placed in the HTML document and connected to the user who is logged in. • I would like each user to have the capability to upload multiple videos directly to their profiles • I also need to make sure the users photos are able to be retrieved from the database Please contact me only if you are familiar with the requirements listed above; the tasks must be completed within 72 hours after the job has been started.
