Fix YOP poll display issue

I'm using the YOP poll plugin to display polls on my site. I'd like for the plugin to recognize if a user has already voted in the poll, and if so, display the results instead of prompting for a vote. Currently the user sees the question again, even if they've voted, which we'd prefer not happen. You can see the current polls at http://cityzenapp.us. Should be a quick fix to the plugin based on a call to the poll log (handled in site MySQL database). Let me know if you have questions!
