Hi, I have a form that is written in html/php. It needs to be completed in that it needs to be able to save the form data to the database, retrieve and edit saved forms and provide a printable view. I will provide the table schema(you may have to add a field or 2), current unfinished class and database class to use. The existing form is in a Class and all updates, insertions etc must remain as members of the class. So I need: Add form View existing form(retrieves existing data from table to view, all text view, no form fields) Edit form( same as view but now has all form fields to either add to or edit) Print view ( like view form but formatted for a printer.) You do not need to provide a way to list all the saved forms, I will do that. The class will just accept a Form ID which it will use to retrieve existing data.
