Hosting in Russia (Need info about)

I will need detailed information about dedicated hosting in Russie. This one is for the many Russian citizens on the site. Please only respond if you are Russian. (to give an example, in the Netherlands I could get this hosted from around 290 euro a month) - Speed of ISP/ASP is important (latency to U.S. should be good) - Company must be a legal and resitered ASP/ISP - Servers must reside in a datacenter (not an office or crappy connected building) - Give me at least 6 options to choose from (unless there are no more in Romania) - Make sure your enquiries are correct, either get the info from their internet page but for this specific hardware request I advise to either call or mail them. For a native russian speaking person this should not take more then an hour or two.
