Web based multi player game

A web based online game, which will serve for huge amount of users. A user=player should be able to register the site, login any time and can do some game related features, access to a forum (read/post.) You can look at [login to view URL] for sth. similar to what we are looking for in terms of the concepts. Game will allow users to have some resources, that increase with time (gold, wood, iron or maybe gas, uranium and titanium should be adjustable somehow), and player can build buildings, military units, civilian units and can use them to make war/diplomacy or increase her own country/area etc. All these parameters should be customizable. And there should be in-game messaging of users. Multiple user should be able to build alliances. And a well designed admin interface to interact with players and regulate the game. For the programming environment, it could be either PHP or JSP but should be very well commented and organized well. You can use any 3rd party software for any part with a GPL or a similar license. ## Deliverables Deliverables should run 1. For a PHP solution with a latest version installtion of XAMPP (Apache + PHP + MySQL) 2. For JSP Solution, Tomcat + Apache + MySQL. Solution should include all the source files and design document explaining structes and functional relations. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Final code should be mostly platform independent. However we at least want the final solution to be working under Linux and Windows.
