On confirmation page b. Posted into our CRM system c. To Generate PDF with order details (Uses TCPDF) d. Email sent to user with attached PDF of order details e. Email sent to me with attached PDF of order details /// General Information: • This is a two page form • Form fields are already coded, named, masked, and partially validated • There is an existing JQuery Validation & Masking script being used • Roughly 60% of the coding has been completed and just needs to be merged/implemented into our current form. • PDF form/generation script is 75% completion. Need to add another page. • Documentation on our form, TCPDF, Masked Inputs, and Validation. This forms works similiar to what I'm looking for [login to view URL] This should be an easy project for an experienced programmer. Keep in mind that majority of the form has been completed when submitting your bid.

Hi tryan, I went through your requirement and the reference given. As i could understand, you need one extra functionality to generate pdf and send it along two mails. All the validation etc are completed already. 1. I have some question regarding this project like, is it a CMS or CORE PHP? 2. The confirmation page is already made, or we need to made it as well?
