Making changes to Joomla/EZRealty site

I have a custom Joomla/EZ Realty site that is almost complete, however I have some final changes that need doing before I can launch. The changes would include fixes and changes to the search results and various parts of the EZ Realty component. If you are successful I will provide a fully specced PDF before commencing the project. Here is a brief overview of SOME of changes required to give you an idea of the kind of work I require: • Search order: o Office, Industrial/Warehouse (incl Motor trade) should default to size order (descending) o All other categories default to alphabetical by town • When you’ve searched by size if you change from sq ft to sq m it doesn’t change the measurements on the listing. Indeed only measurements shown are in sq ft • Initial search list should be capable of sorting according to location or size (in sq ft or sq m) • If list is sorted by size, property type resets to all types I need this turned around quite quickly.
