269413 Joomla Template small change

Hi, I need someone really fast preferably today to change all of the layers in Joomla 1.5 template. if you will check the website : [login to view URL] you will notice the book which is just under the header part of the website. Ok roll our mouse over that book, you see an extra part is coming to the middle part of the page Well this is the flash banner that I did. But I can't figure it out on how I acctually can make it work. I mean to have banner over Content part. I guess it can be something with the CSS or HTML layers :), well if it is, please put content layer as the bottom one. I would really like to have side banners from both sides in this maner in future. I'm hoping that you will manage to do it today, latest tomorrow. Please note, there is nothing to do with flash or <param name="wmode" value="transparent"> I can say it because when I actually make changes of the content from the front end of joomla, the confirmation message appears in the correct way.
