Professional only: PSD to HTML (Social Writing Platform) Bootstrap(30% work Already done)

Hi Brief: Please read the whole listing carefully before bidding. I have all the PSD files for my project. I want them to be converted to HTML. Apart from just HTML, there are some light animations(jquery), realtime server data fetching(AJAX), etc. as required. I have faced many problems in past regarding the same projects. The coders stops responding after creating 1-2 pages. I really dont want that, so the payment terms would be mine and amount will yours. I have already put much time and money on it so only apply if you can do it, only serious bidders. Summary of the project: The project is a writing platform. Users will register and can start writing their novels. More details will be revealed to the winner of the project. Kindly see the sample image attached to get an idea of the work to be done. Pages are dynamic, the number of pages are uncertain, they can be increased and decreased as needed. Terms : 1. I will be providing you PSDs for 2-3 pages at a time. And will set the pricing for each page. For ex. I pay you $10 for one page and give you 3 pages your total will be $30. You will be only paid when you deliver all the pages(Milestone can be set if you want to hedge advance). 2. All the payments will made by using the freelancer medium no exceptions. 3. We will be in contact on email, whatsapp, skype or directly on call. If you live nearby, I will prefer meeting you personally time to time. 4, The prices quoted here are per page. If you want to charge for whole project you are most welcomed to contact me. 5. Whole project needs to be done within 7-10 days. Failure to do this will result in no payment at all.
