PHP Website Security/File Upload modification

1. I have a website that has been systematically attacked by malware. This has caused it to be blacklisted by google. I need a programmer who can secure all the javascript and php files and folders adequately. 2. My website allows users to post products via a CSV files; however, I would like the programmer to modify the code to allow uploading of googlebase file format. 3. There are 2 sections in the website that need search to be refined via drop-down boxes - the Real Estate and Automobile Section.? 4. The menus on the site need an added feature of drop down menus? 5. The images upload needs to compress images that are too large and show a progress bar during upload. 6. The images need to show a preview in the list view. The complete specs and web address will be revealed to the candidate who wins this job.
